Printing with Liquid Emulsion

  • EBPCO Community Darkroom 412 13th Street Oakland, CA, 94612 United States (map)

Liquid Emulsion is a bottled version of the light sensitive coating normally found on darkroom paper. It can be applied to wood, fabric, ceramic, and more, allowing silver gelatin prints to be made on the surface of just about any object. Participants learn the basics, printing from film negatives onto a variety of materials.

Requirements: Participants must bring their own 35mm black & white negatives to print from. All other materials are provided by EBPCO! Previous darkroom printing experience OR completion of Intro to Darkroom workshop is required.
