Heather is a photographer by night and user experience designer by day. After earning her BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, her journey took her from Chicago to Washington, D.C. to Santa Rosa, finally settling in Oakland. Heather’s artistic practice explores the intersection of photography and printmaking, utilizing silver gelatin processes and experimental combination printing techniques. Her work focuses on the environment and landscapes that surround her and the dichotomy of making peace with our place.
