MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
We’re looking for a part-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. This person will work directly with our Co-Executive Directors & Program Leads to highlight our diverse program offerings to our community. The main responsibilities for this role are to:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar in collaboration with Program Leads & Executive Directors
Design and produce promotional materials including print assets, email newsletters, and social media content across multiple platforms
Build and manage the EBPCO community across multiple platforms

Develop & maintain Marketing calendar
Publish twice-monthly EBPCO newsletter
Social Media Management
Post to EBPCO Main and EBPCO Darkroom Instagram accounts multiple times per week.
Actively engage on both accounts (likes, reshares, stories, DM relay/response)
Moderate and manage Facebook group and page
Maintain mailing list and other contact lists
Enter mailing list signups and contacts from our fundraising platform and/or after special events.
Create and maintain library of media assets
Manage print asset inventory and restock as necessary
Provide web support as needed, such as uploading events or updating graphics
Attend EBPCO events as often as hours allow to document/create promotional materials
Monitor internal Creative Request Form and schedule submitted content
Work with Executive Directors and Program Leads for other EBPCO promotional needs
Meet regularly with Executive Directors & Program Leads
Meet with Executive Team and other program coordinators as needed

1-2 years of social media or community management, especially for non-profit or arts organizations
Basic skills in standard marketing tools, including Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, and the Google application suite
Excellent organization and communication skills

This is a part-time position, starting at 10 hours a week with opportunities to expand. Hours are flexible and mostly remote throughout the week with occasional after hours or weekend event attendance required. Starting pay rate is $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.

Experience in designing and managing print media
Graphic design experience
Familiarity with the Adobe application suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc).
Experience in community building
